GAVIN SMITH - PARTNER
Gavin Smith AssocRICS founded Verulam Chartered Surveyors in 2018 and has vast experience with a wide variety of residential work including Homebuyer Reports, Building Surveys, Stock Condition Surveys and New Build Snagging. Gavin has a thorough experience of all building types and has extensive experience in property management related services including planned maintenance and contract administration.
Away from the office he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his dog.
RYAN HOGG - PARTNER
Ryan Hogg MRICS founded Verulam Chartered Surveyors in 2018 and has extensive experience with a wide variety of professional work including Building Surveys, Contract Administration but specialising in Project Management and Party Wall advice. Ryans experience covers a broad range of building types with a keen focus on Listed and historic properties. Ryan is qualified to undertake EWS1 forms and carries a licence to fly drones.
Away from the office he enjoys piloting light aircraft, tinkering with cars and spending time with his family.
